Bookkeeper

What you’re applying for We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to join the Finance team and take full ownership on one of our largest business units - working closely with multiple stake holders. You will report to our Head of Bookkeeping & Payroll Controller. In this role you'll Be the main focal point of all financial processes within the business unit Manage Service Provider payments via an internal system Process credit card receipts Track bank account balance and perform bank reconciliation Manage accruals, fixed assets, and prepaid expenses Manage travel reports and reimbursement of personal expenses Take part of the Finance team daily tasks and processes Communication with other departments on financial processes Support in End-Of-Month closing What We're Looking For Bookkeeper type 3 Certificate 1+ years experience of booking in global high-tech companies Experience with Netsuite ERP software Strong verbal and written English Organized, efficient and detail-oriented Honest, trustworthy, and a team player
