Job Description Tableau Development: Design and develop complex, high-performance Tableau dashboards. Requirements Gathering & Specs: Write detailed business and technical specifications based on end-user and stakeholder requirements. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal clients, business units, and stakeholders across the organization. Admin & Support: Manage client access permissions, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide ongoing business/technical support. Job Requirements Experience: 4-5+ years of hands-on experience in modern Tableau Cloud development – Must . End-to-End Ownership: Proven experience leading characterization (specification) and development tasks directly with diverse business users – Must . Data & Infrastructure: Deep understanding of Tableau infrastructure and connectivity to Data Warehouses (DWH) or other data layers. Strong grasp of business and technical data models.
