Description
About Corgi Corgi is building the next generation of financial institutions. We’re rethinking how insurance, financial products, and other complex financial services are built and operated from the ground up. We move quickly, work across disciplines, and expect people to take meaningful ownership from day one. About the Role We're looking for a Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives for our Engineering and Operations teams, owning the delivery of systems and workflows. You'll translate business needs into clear technical requirements, align stakeholders, and drive projects from concept to delivery. This is a role for someone who combines strong project management skills, technical fluency, and action-oriented mindset. What You'll Do Own end-to-end delivery of projects across Engineering and Operations. Translate complex operational challenges into clear requirements, priorities, and actionable plans. Partner closely with engineers and business stakeholders to drive alignment and execution. Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables. Identify bottlenecks, proactively unblock teams, and continuously improve workflows. Who You Are Strong project and program management fundamentals. An excellent communicator who can influence and align cross-functional stakeholders. High ownership, proactive problem-solving, and a track record of getting things done. Strong business and product intuition, with the ability to connect technical solutions to operational needs. You can look at a messy process or a half-built workflow, identify what's wrong, and drive the fix. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations-focused product delivery. Strong technical fluency and experience working closely with engineering teams and technical systems (data schemas, APIs, user interfaces, deployments), even if you aren't writing code. Experience with TypeScript/Python/React stacks is helpful for communication, not required to code in them. Very fluent with AI tooling. Experience in fintech, insurance, or workflow automation is a plus.
