Application Engineer

About the Role Support the integration of EO/IR payloads on UAV, UAS, drone, and robotic platforms. Responsibilities Support the integration of EO/IR payloads on UAV, UAS, drone, and robotic platforms. Provide technical support to customers and partners throughout the product lifecycle. Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, validation, and field investigations. Conduct customer demonstrations, acceptance tests, and field trials. Deliver technical training to customers, distributors, and system integrators. Develop technical documentation, application notes, and integration guides. Collaborate with multidisciplinary R&D teams, including mechanical, electrical, software, and systems engineers. Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including technical presentations, workshops, and RFI/RFP responses. Identify customer needs and provide technical recommendations to support business growth. Qualifications B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Required Skills 3+ years of experience in Application Engineering, Systems Engineering, Technical Support, Field Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role. Strong system-level understanding and troubleshooting capabilities. Experience working directly with customers and international partners. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
