🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Project Manager (International Government Account) 🚀 A leading technology company specializing in complex systems engineering is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead an international project for a government client overseas. If you have a proven track record of managing end-to-end technological projects and navigating complex multi-stakeholder environments, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Project Management: Lead project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, including planning, scope management, schedule tracking, and milestone execution. Matrix Leadership: Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams across software development, system engineering, and integration. Government Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas government representatives—leading discussions, refining requirements, presenting status updates, and resolving technical or operational challenges. Requirements Alignment: Translate client needs into clear actionable tasks and align solutions with engineering and R&D teams. Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, overcome bottlenecks, and navigate project scope changes to ensure project success. Reporting & Governance: Develop work plans, status reports, executive presentations, and comprehensive project documentation. Global Coordination: Synchronize technological, operational, and business interfaces across local and international teams while ensuring high customer satisfaction and strict deadline adherence. Requirements: 10+ years of experience managing technological projects, software, complex systems, and infrastructure. Proven track record in managing software development projects and system integrations . Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing cross-functional interfaces (R&D, System Engineering, QA, etc.). Extensive experience in direct client-facing roles with complex stakeholder environments. Exceptional English (written and spoken) —ability to lead international meetings, draft technical documentation, and deliver executive presentations seamlessly. Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills with the ability to drive teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
