Role Overview As an AI Solutions Analyst at REAL, you’ll work at the intersection of AI, Product, Data, and Customer Success. You'll play a key role in ensuring our AI platform delivers accurate, reliable, and high-quality results while helping bring its capabilities to life for enterprise customers. This is a hands-on role that combines analytical thinking, business understanding, and technical curiosity. You'll evaluate AI-generated outputs, configure product environments, prepare customer demos, and work closely with Product and Engineering to continuously improve our platform. What you'll do Become an expert in REAL’s AI platform and customer workflows. Evaluate AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and reliability. Test product functionality, identify issues, and investigate complex customer scenarios. Configure and customize product environments based on customer needs. Build and prepare demo environments that showcase REAL’s capabilities to potential customers. Analyze business and product data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams to improve product quality and customer experience. Support customer onboarding, product configurations, and new use cases.
