Data Engineer Team Lead

NESS is hiring a Data Engineer Team Lead! The role includes managing and providing technical leadership to a team, taking responsibility for data modeling architecture, developing ELT processes, improving performance, and ensuring data quality, while working in a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment using BigQuery and Dataform. Full-time, hybrid position in Ra’anana. Requirements At least 3 years of experience managing a Data Engineering team. Experience developing ETL processes in a Data Warehouse (DWH) environment . Experience developing with Dataform, including Incremental Tables, SQLX, JavaScript, Dependencies, Tags, and postOps. Strong proficiency in SQL. In-depth knowledge of BigQuery architecture and functionality. Experience working with Git and managing development workflows. Experience working in a GCP cloud environment. In-depth understanding of the Data Vault methodology, including Hubs, Links, Satellites, Effectivity Satellites, Hash Keys, Hashdiff, and Load Date Timestamps. Ability to write Python scripts for automation, testing, and data analysis.
