Project Manager to lead complex UAV development programs

The UAV Plant within the Military Aircraft Division is looking for a Project Manager to lead complex UAV development programs. The role includes: • Leading development, integration, and system integration activities for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). • Managing large-scale development and procurement projects valued at tens to hundreds of millions of dollars. • Managing internal and external teams, as well as subcontractors. • Leading marketing and business development activities with international customers. • Managing ongoing interfaces with customers in Israel and abroad. • Managing and preparing commercial proposals. What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Software Engineering. • Familiarity with the UAV field, required . • At least 3 years of project management experience, required . • Experience in development and system integration projects, required . • High-level English proficiency, required .
