Execution Manager

A leading and growing industrial company is seeking an Execution Manager About the Role Lead and manage installation and execution projects nationwide. Directly manage Installation Managers and provide matrix leadership to field teams. Manage and oversee subcontractors. Maintain ongoing coordination with Sales, Engineering, Service, and Logistics departments. Ensure compliance with professional standards, safety procedures, and project timelines. Monitor execution quality and identify areas for continuous improvement. Resolve operational and field issues in real time. Requirements At least 5 years of managerial experience in project execution and/or installation operations - mandatory. At least 5 years of experience managing field teams within execution environments - mandatory. Proven ability to manage external contractors, with strong contractual and professional oversight capabilities. Strong performance measurement and control skills. Experience building, implementing, and monitoring work processes. Understanding of safety procedures and regulations on work sites. Bachelor's degree - an advantage. Valid driver's license - mandatory. Willingness to travel extensively throughout Israel.
