Reinforcement Learning Researcher

In this role you will: Develop decision-making algorithms for a variety of platforms and projects, from concept through deployment Participate in research and development activities focused on next-generation decision-making methods Build algorithmic infrastructure that supports scalable and production-grade algorithm development Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and research teams to deliver innovative AI-based capabilities Take part in the development of autonomous systems and advanced operational solutions MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a relevant thesis, preferably in Reinforcement Learning At least 3 years of experience developing algorithms, preferably in decision-making domains Strong knowledge of Reinforcement Learning Solid knowledge of Deep Learning and PyTorch High proficiency in Python Experience working with AI-enhanced development tools and workflows Knowledge of planning algorithms and combinatorial optimization Experience with Foundation Models such as LLMs and VLMs *Only relevant applications will be considered
