Senior AI Lead | Yokneam area

We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Lead to build and lead our AI activity. You will own the architecture of LLM-based systems end to end. Responsibilities Lead the AI activity: define technical direction, architecture, standards and roadmap Design and build AI agents and multi-agent workflows (tool use, planning, memory, orchestration) Build production RAG pipelines: ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, re-ranking Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, open-source models) with enterprise data and systems Set up evaluation, guardrails, monitoring and cost/latency control (LLMOps) Mentor the Mid-level engineer, run code reviews and keep delivery quality high Work directly with management and customers to turn busi Requirements: 6+ years of hands-on software development; strong Python (TypeScript / JAVA / C # an advantage) 2+ years building LLM / GenAI systems, with at least 2 systems delivered to production or real pilots Led at least one AI system from idea to production as tech lead or architect Proven hands-on experience with RAG and AI Agents / Agentic AI Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel or MCP Vector databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Milvus, pgvector or Elasticsearch / OpenSearch Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), Docker, APIs and CI/CD This position is open to all candidates.
