Data + AI Division A new leading division driving all Data + AI activities across the Bank — spanning strategy, working methodologies, processes, and advanced integrative solutions, with a cross-functional view of the Bank’s products and assets, in partnership with various bank units. Role Summary: A key, challenging position leading and managing complex, cross-organizational projects and programs in the Data and AI domains. End-to-end management and leadership of development and strategy projects, from requirements definition, through planning and development management, to delivery and implementation. The role involves close collaboration with development teams (Data Engineers, Backend, DevOps) alongside business interfaces, with full accountability for meeting goals, deliverable quality, and managing complex processes. Key Responsibilities: Leading complex, end-to-end Data & AI development projects Planning and managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Ongoing collaboration with Data Engineering, BI, DevOps teams, and Architects Building work plans, managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and tracking execution Backlog management and working with Agile/Scrum methodologies Leading delivery processes up to production deployment and adoption Identifying bottlenecks, managing risks, and driving solutions Working with business interfaces to translate requirements into technological solutions Defining and tracking KPIs (schedules, quality, performance, adoption) Requirements - Mandatory: 3–5 years of experience managing development projects (preferably in a technical/Data environment) Experience working closely with development teams (hands-on management) Proven experience leading complex, multi-interface projects Strong technical understanding (architecture, development processes, APIs, etc.) Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Experience with project management tools (Jira / Azure DevOps or similar) Show more Show less
