Application DBA

Made4net is a global leader in cloud based supply chain execution and warehouse management solutions, giving companies of every size real time inventory visibility, smarter labor management and performance analytics for faster, more accurate fulfillment. We're looking for an Application DBA to own the databases behind our products. Not a "keep the lights on" role: you'll work closely with R D, DevOps and Support, shape our data layer and make it faster every day. What you'll do * Design and maintain large scale databases and data structures * Write and optimize queries, stored procedures and indexes * Monitor performance, fix bottlenecks and improve response times * Resolve database issues in production and development * Partner with developers on data layer design for new features * Work across Linux, Windows and cloud * Maintain documentation, data integrity and best practices Requirements: What you bring: * 3+ years as an Application DBA working with SQL server Proven experience with large scale databases: design, query writing, optimization and troubleshooting* of complex SQL * Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL * Strong SQL skills * Hands on experience with Linux and Windows * Excellent English, written and verbal Nice to have: * Experience with cloud infrastructure * Experience with at least one programming language Our offices are in Herzliya, and this is a full time, on site position.
