About the Role A leading insurance company is seeking an experienced Data Systems Analyst to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with end-to-end ownership from analysis and design to implementation and production deployment. Key Responsibilities Gather business requirements and write functional and technical specifications. Design data models and Data Warehouse (DWH) structures. Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance. Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes. Design system interfaces and data integration processes. Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. Manage production deployment and ensure data quality and process stability. Requirements 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and data processes. Advanced SQL skills, including stored procedures and query optimization. Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT development and maintenance. Experience with relational and non-relational databases. Strong knowledge of data modeling, Star Schema, and normalization. Ability to manage requirements end-to-end, from business analysis to production. Experience working with business stakeholders and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
