Product Management Team Lead

Role Description- Serving as a Product Group Lead / Senior Product Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Product, blending direct people management with high-impact, hands-on product ownership. Leading and mentoring a talented team of 3–4 Product Managers, providing professional guidance, driving execution excellence, and fostering skill development. Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap prioritization across core pillars of the AI-native SecOps platform. Championing new AI-driven product initiatives, conducting continuous market/competitive analysis, and directly influencing the company's product trajectory and growth. Partnering closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions from conception to commercial launch. Interfacing regularly with enterprise security leaders (CISOs, SOC managers), gathering deep domain feedback, and translating complex SecOps workflows into high-value product capabilities.
