Program Manager Location: Israel Shipyards Join Israel Shipyards , a leader in naval design, construction, and maintenance, and take charge of high-impact maritime programs that drive innovation and national defense. Role Overview We’re seeking a Program Manager to oversee vessel construction and maintenance projects from order to final delivery. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams to ensure precise, timely, and cost-effective execution—delivering excellence to our customers. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management—from initiation to handover. Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to meet targets. Coordinate daily with engineering, production, and logistics teams. Ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout execution. Act as primary contact for clients, providing responsive and innovative solutions. Monitor progress and deliver clear, ongoing program reports. Minimum Qualifications Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial & Management Engineering , or Economics . Technical background in the maritime industry . Fluent in Hebrew and English . Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and perform under pressure. Preferred Qualifications Experience as Treatment Center Manager or Naval Operations Commander in the Israel Navy Shipyards. Graduate of a Naval Command Course . 3+ years as a project/program manager in defense or maritime sectors. 5+ years in leadership or command positions.
