Position Overview This position is part of Civan Lasers' Defense Business Unit. We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead complex multidisciplinary projects from initiation through delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication while ensuring successful project execution and on-time delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Customer-facing teams, serving as a key driver of project success in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage multidisciplinary projects throughout the full project lifecycle. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Coordinate project activities across R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality departments. • Manage customer requirements and project changes throughout execution. • Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management. • Drive collaboration between internal teams, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors. • Ensure compliance with project objectives related to quality, cost, performance, and delivery. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience managing technical or engineering projects. • Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering and/or manufacturing environments. • Proven experience developing project plans and managing schedules. • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken. • Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications • Experience managing projects involving optics, photonics, laser technologies, or multidisciplinary systems. • Experience working in high-tech, deep-tech, or advanced manufacturing environments. • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
