We’re looking for a Program Manager to drive development programs for automated parking and logistics systems. You’ll connect product priorities with engineering execution, coordinating mechanical, software, electrical, controls and systems engineering teams to deliver complex projects. What you’ll do: Manage multiple development projects, work plans, milestones and delivery commitments. Align priorities and resources with the product roadmap. Lead cross-functional execution in a matrix organization. Resolve risks, dependencies and blockers. Build clear reporting and improve development processes. What you’ll bring: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics or a relevant engineering discipline. 5+ years managing multidisciplinary development programs or projects. Proven experience driving delivery across multiple projects and influencing teams without direct authority. Strong planning, prioritization and problem-solving skills. Experience working with Product and Engineering teams. Experience in a global environment is a plus. Show more Show less
