Core Team Engineer

Essence of the Role We need a builder. Someone who can plug into our early team and take ownership across the stack - LLM agents (strong backend background), identity models and policy engines (Identity Governance domain), infrastructure (DevOps), and user-facing dashboards (UI, React). What They’ll Actually Do Orchestrate LLMs into usable, governable agents that run on customer’s sites Build the control plane for agent lifecycle management Develop internal tools, customer dashboards, and policy review interfaces Write the abstraction layer connecting identity data to IGA platforms Help design and implement UIs from Figma for agent-facing surfaces Shape product direction, roadmap, and engage with early customers What Backgrounds Fit We’re not looking for paper-perfect résumés—we’re looking for high-agency builders who want to be in the core team from an early stage . Engineers who’ve worked in a startup (bonus if cybersecurity) from an early stage - must Founders of failed startups who want to channel lessons into something big Startup managers who’ve led teams and want to be closer to product and core tech Mindset / Qualities Comfort with messy 0→1 building: fast iteration, ambiguity, responsibility See across domains (infra, product, ML, UI) and switch context without ego Bias toward autonomy, not waiting for instructions Excited by the idea of building the first version Show more Show less
