Full Stack Team Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead to join our R&D organization. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a team of talented engineers, drive execution, and shape both our product and our engineering culture. What You’ll Own: - Lead and Grow a High-Performing Full Stack Team - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of full stack engineers - Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and regular feedback - Foster a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement - Own End-to-End Execution and Delivery - Own the team’s delivery from planning and estimation through development, release, and post-production - Balance speed, quality, and scalability across multiple initiatives - Ensure high engineering standards and reliable production systems - Drive Architecture and Technical Excellence - Design and implement scalable full stack architectures - Guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems - Translate complex business requirements into maintainable technical solutions - Stay Hands-On - Write high-quality production code across frontend and backend - Work with modern frontend frameworks and data-driven backend systems - Lead by example through strong technical contributions - Collaborate Across the Company - Work closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and impact - Act as a technical partner in shaping product direction - Be a source of knowledge and leadership within the R&D organization Requirements: - 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in an R&D team, delivering production-grade systems at scale - 2+ years of experience leading an engineering team as a Team Lead - Strong hands-on experience building web-based applications in Python and TypeScript environments - Solid understanding of system design, software architecture, and modern web technologies - Strong experience working with relational databases - Proven ability to lead complex projects end to end while balancing technical depth and delivery - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
