About the Role: Team Leadership: Direct management, mentoring, and professional growth of a 9-developer team. Full Technical Ownership: End-to-end responsibility for system architecture, development standards, code quality, and cloud infrastructure. AI & Innovation: Driving AI tool adoption across the software development lifecycle, alongside overseeing product-level AI/LLM features (Agents, Routing, Tool-calling). Cross-Functional Alignment: Working closely with project management to bridge business goals and technical execution. Requirements: Experience: 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years as a Team Lead / Tech Lead (direct management of 5+ developers). Tech Stack: Solid Full-Stack foundation with proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, and React. Architecture & Cloud: Proven hands-on experience with distributed microservices, Monorepo environments (e.g., Nx), and cloud/DevOps technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform). AI Mindset: Strong grasp of AI tools for engineering productivity (Copilot, Cursor) as well as familiarity with LLM/Agent architecture principles. Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communication, and strong problem-solving capabilities. Nice to Have: Experience in GIS / digital mapping environments.
