Proven experience as a Product Owner (at least 2 years) – Mandatory . Background in software development – Significant advantage . Familiarity with a variety of AI tools (LLMs, code generation tools, ML platforms, etc.). Experience with DevOps / CI/CD and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. Basic understanding of Information Security (InfoSec) and risk management. Business & Managerial: Ability to work across multiple organizational interfaces (Development, DevOps, InfoSec, IT, Management). Systems, analytical, and strategic thinking. High proficiency in stakeholder management and requirement prioritization. Ability to lead organizational change and drive the adoption of new processes. Initiative, accountability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English (verbal and written).
