Quality Engineer – Multidisciplinary Hardware Projects A hardware project company is seeking a Quality Engineer to join its quality team. Job Description Responsibility for the quality of projects, including production line inspections and product evaluations. Supporting existing and new projects from the initial development stage through completion of production. Representing the Quality function within the company מול customers, including handling customer complaints and failure investigations. Handling deviations and non-conformities מול various departments within the company and its suppliers. Driving continuous quality improvement. Performing various tasks as part of the company's Quality function, including statistical analysis, audits, and support for incoming inspection. Requirements B.Sc. / Practical Engineer (Mechanical Engineering) – Mandatory. Previous experience in Quality Assurance – Mandatory. Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards – a significant advantage. High level of English – reading, writing, and speaking. Experience working in a manufacturing environment involving multidisciplinary systems . Ability to analyze processes, identify weaknesses and defects, and develop and implement improved processes. Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in an orderly manner. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
