Backend Team Leader/Senior Backend Engineer

Senior Backend Engineer 5+ years of hands on experience building complex backend systems, primarily in Node.js, Python, or Go. Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, distributed architectures in production environments. Hands on experience developing platforms, core services, or APIs that serve as infrastructure for other products, teams, or customers at scale. Experience building a product that integrates LLMs and works with agents, whether by building the agents in house or by leveraging existing agent frameworks as part of the product. Strong experience in designing scalable, distributed backend systems (microservices, event-driven architecture, etc.). Proven ability to work on high-scale, data-intensive systems — with a focus on performance and reliability. Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern backend technologies. Strong understanding of system design, data flows, and service architecture (not just pipelines). Experience working with complex domains and messy real-world data — advantage.
