Technical Project Manager

Location : Bnei Brak. Sela is looking for a Technology Project Manager with strong leadership potential, the ability to drive processes, and excellent interpersonal skills to work across multiple interfaces in a dynamic technological environment. The role includes involvement in diverse projects across Cloud, AI, and Modernization domains, while working closely with experienced technology teams. What will you do? Support and manage technology projects throughout different stages of execution. Plan and track tasks, timelines, dependencies, and overall project progress. Work closely with technology teams and cross-functional stakeholders, drive processes, and identify blockers. Operate in a dynamic environment with multiple tasks and shifting priorities. Take part in the team’s ongoing activity and support cross-functional initiatives as needed. Requirements Up to 1 year of professional experience in project coordination, project management, leadership, operations, or a related role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with and drive multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Initiative, independence, accountability, sound judgment, and strong motivation to learn and grow. Strong technological orientation and interest in Cloud, AI, and emerging technologies – an advantage. Previous experience in leadership, management, command, or process ownership – an advantage. A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or a technology-related field – an advantage. Show more Show less
