Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technological and business orientation to lead integration projects with customers in Israel and worldwide. The role combines project management and technology integration , with end-to-end ownership — from project planning and implementation through go-live, customer support, and success measurement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of customers, technology, and product, leading complex projects, and turning real-world customer needs into results. What You’ll Do: Lead complex integration projects with hospitals and customers in Israel and worldwide Build project plans, define milestones and timelines, and manage projects end-to-end Coordinate and lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, including Product, R&D, Regulatory, Integration, and Service Manage installation and integration processes across various systems Own the customer relationship throughout the project and after go-live, including measuring success and identifying opportunities to expand customer engagement Gather customer insights and collaborate with the Product team to improve the product and implementation processes What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, Biology, or another relevant field Experience working directly with customers in Israel and international markets Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex processes simultaneously Strong technological orientation and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High proficiency in both Hebrew and English Show more Show less
