ATE & Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking an Experienced ATE Engineer with extensive hands-on experience supporting high-volume manufacturing (Mass Production) environments, automated test systems, and global manufacturing operations. This role requires proven expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, production efficiency, and operational stability. Strong system-level understanding across hardware, software, automation, and manufacturing processes, with a demonstrated ability to optimize test performance, reduce downtime, improve KPIs, and support manufacturing sites throughout the product lifecycle. This position includes regularly providing on-site support to international manufacturing locations, including quarterly business travel, ensuring rapid issue resolution and successful process deployment.
