Description

Cybersecurity Senior Product Manager Role Overview: As a senior Product Manager at Onyxia, you will lead the product vision, strategy and execution of our Agentic Cyber Governance Platform, the platform that empowers CISOs with a holistic, data-driven view of their cybersecurity programs. In this senior leadership role, you will own the product roadmap end to end, from market and customer discovery through planning, prioritization and delivery. You will work in close partnership with the Engineering team to turn strategy into high-quality releases, and with the GTM team (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Partners) to make sure what we build wins deals, drives adoption and delights customers. You will be the one who balances the competing forces every growing product faces: keeping existing customers satisfied, staying true to the company's strategic direction, and investing in new capabilities that expand the market we serve. To do that well, you will bring a deep understanding of the cybersecurity domain and the people who run security programs. If you're passionate about cybersecurity, love building products that security leaders rely on, and bring an energetic, startup mindset with a strong sense of ownership, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Onyxia's Cyber Governance Platform, translating company goals and market insights into a clear, prioritized plan. Lead product planning cycles, including sprint and quarterly planning, release scoping and roadmap communication to internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with the Engineering team and the CTO to define requirements, shape technical solutions, align on capacity and trade-offs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Work closely with the GTM team (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Partners) to support deals, enable the field, gather feedback, and shape positioning, messaging and launches. Manage the balance between customer satisfaction, strategic direction and new feature development, making explicit, data-informed prioritization decisions and communicating the reasoning behind them. Engage directly with CISOs, security teams, prospects and partners to deeply understand their challenges, validate ideas and inform product decisions. Track the competitive landscape and market trends across cybersecurity domains, identifying opportunities for differentiation and expansion. Define and track product success metrics, including adoption, usage, retention and customer value. Build and establish product management processes, practices and tooling that scale with the company, and grow the product team over time. Communicate effectively with executive management, providing insight into product strategy, progress, risks and opportunities. Requirements: BSc in Computer Science / Software Engineering or a related field - must have. 4+ years of experience in product management of B2B SaaS products. Deep understanding of the cybersecurity domain, with a strong grasp of the CISO role, its responsibility domains and day-to-day work - must have. Proven experience working at cybersecurity companies - must have. Experience across 2 or more different cyber domains (e.g., endpoint security, cloud security, network security, vulnerability / exposure management, identity, data security, GRC) - a strong advantage. Proven track record of owning a product roadmap and delivering SaaS products to market, from business case and discovery through launch and customer adoption. Demonstrated ability to balance customer requests, strategic initiatives and new feature development, and to make and defend hard prioritization calls. Experience working closely with Engineering and GTM teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer orientation, including extensive experience working with global enterprise customers. Technical background - hands-on experience in engineering, security research or other cyber-related technical roles - an advantage. Experience in fast-paced startup environments, demonstrating adaptability, ownership and the ability to drive innovation - a strong advantage. Excellent communication, presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with executives, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. Fluent English, written and verbal. Location: Flexible; Israel or the U.S. Eastern Time Zone preferred. Show more Show less
