Role Description The Project Manager at Mivne Group will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of real estate and construction projects within the company’s portfolio. This full-time, on-site role, located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, includes coordinating between internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality and regulatory standards. The role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and risks; preparing progress reports; and supporting decision-making with clear data and documentation. The Project Manager will participate in design reviews, monitor work on-site, handle changes and approvals, and ensure that health, safety, and environmental requirements are met. The individual will also contribute to process improvements, support contract and tender processes, and help maintain strong relationships with tenants, partners, and stakeholders. Qualifications Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management for real estate or construction projects. Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams (engineering, design, legal, finance) and managing external contractors and consultants. Knowledge of construction processes, building standards, and relevant regulations in Israel; familiarity with commercial or industrial properties is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in project management and office software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew; proficiency in English is an advantage. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects in parallel, and deliver under time and budget constraints. Relevant academic background such as Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field. Previous experience in a similar project management role within a real estate, development, or property management company is highly beneficial. Show more Show less
