Platform Engineering Manager

Our platform brings together customer data, transaction data, alerts, investigations, and operational context into one system, while AI agents help teams triage, investigate, and act with far less manual work. We work with fast-moving, highly regulated companies that expect enterprise-grade reliability, security, scalability, and speed. We are looking for a hands-on Platform Engineering Manager to lead our Platform group across infrastructure, security, authentication, and AI infrastructure. You will own the technical foundations behind Corsa's product, work closely with the CTO and engineering teams, and remain directly involved in architecture, implementation, and production troubleshooting. What You'll Own Lead the Platform group and drive its roadmap, execution, and technical standards. Own cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, reliability, observability, and developer experience. Own Corsa's authentication and identity layer, including enterprise SSO, user authentication, service authentication, and access control. Lead platform and application security initiatives, including encryption, key management, tenant isolation, and secure infrastructure. Own Corsa's AI infrastructure, including LLM infrastructure, model integrations, observability, evaluation, guardrails, and performance optimization. Build the shared platform for AI agents and agentic features, including orchestration, tool execution, context management, permissions, and human-in-the-loop workflows. Lead cross-company technical initiatives and act as a key escalation point for complex infrastructure, security, AI, and production issues. Stay hands-on through coding, design reviews, architecture, and debugging. What We're Looking For Strong software engineering background with experience leading Platform, DevOps, SRE, Security, or Infrastructure teams. Deep experience building and operating cloud-native, distributed production systems. Strong understanding of security, identity, authentication, and access control. Practical experience with LLM infrastructure, AI agents, and production AI systems. Ability to move comfortably between architecture, hands-on implementation, and team leadership.
