Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Project Manager

🚀 We’re Hiring - Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Project Manager We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to lead complex CRM projects from initial business requirements and solution design through implementation, go-live, and successful delivery to the customer. The role combines end-to-end project ownership with professional leadership of the CRM domain, requiring both strong business understanding and a solid technical orientation. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects end-to-end , from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation and go-live • Provide professional leadership across the CRM domain and address complex business and technical requirements • Work closely with customers, understand their needs, manage expectations, and drive project processes • Write functional and technical specification documents • Translate business requirements into effective solutions within Dynamics 365 • Build project plans and Gantt charts, define milestones, and manage timelines • Prioritize tasks and manage the project backlog • Collaborate closely with development, implementation, integration, and QA teams • Monitor project progress and manage dependencies, blockers, and risks • Independently drive processes while taking full ownership of project deliverables and customer delivery Requirements: • Significant experience managing and leading complex projects in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment – must • Several years of experience in CRM solution analysis, implementation, and delivery – must • Proven experience building project plans, Gantt charts, milestones, and timelines – must • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities, modules, and business processes • Experience working directly with customers and leading complex business and technology processes • Strong technical orientation and solid understanding of development processes, integrations, and information systems • Experience writing functional and technical specifications • Ability to professionally lead development and implementation teams • Experience managing backlog, prioritizing tasks, and working in an Agile environment • Strong ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage details • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills If you have strong Dynamics 365 CRM experience and are looking to take ownership of a complex, high-impact project, we’d love to hear from you. #Hiring #Dynamics365 #MicrosoftDynamics #CRM #ProjectManager #TechnologyJobs Show more Show less
