Project Manager & Scaffolding Team Leader – Onshore Sites, Israel

Company Description Rescue One provides high-risk services at height and in confined spaces for offshore and onshore projects: rope access, construction scaffolding, rescue and emergency services, and safety solutions. We also run a dedicated training center for working at height, rescue and emergency, so the standards we teach are the ones we work by in the field. Role Description We're looking for a Project Manager & Scaffolding Team Leader for offshore and onshore sites in Israel. You will: Plan and manage scaffolding projects: schedule, budget, manpower and equipment Lead and supervise scaffolding teams on site and stay hands-on when needed Inspect work for quality and safety compliance, and keep full documentation Coordinate logistics for equipment, materials and personnel Act as the main point of contact for clients on progress, risks and issues Train and assess new scaffolders Full-time | Relocation to Israel | Office + onshore/offshore site work Qualifications Strong hands-on scaffolding experience, including leading teams Offshore experience Experience managing projects and logistics Solid knowledge of work-at-height safety and hazard identification BOSIET/FOET, OGUK medical, Scaffolder certification, IRATA Level 1 (minimum) Fluent English; Hebrew is an advantage Confined Space Rescue experience is a big advantage Show more Show less
