AI Software Engineer

We're Hiring | AI Software Engineer | Lod, Israel Join the ITC Information Technologies Center at Israel Aerospace Industries and take part in developing cutting-edge AI solutions that combine Software Engineering, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. Key Responsibilities: • Develop end-to-end AI and Machine Learning-based software solutions • Develop and implement Machine Learning and Data Science models and algorithms • Develop systems based on Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents • Work with diverse data sources and databases • Deploy, integrate, and implement AI solutions in production environments • Collaborate with Software, Data, and MLOps teams on complex technology projects Requirements: • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering – mandatory • Minimum 4 years of proven hands-on software development experience – mandatory • Strong Python development skills – mandatory • Knowledge and experience in Machine Learning and Data Science – mandatory • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases – mandatory • Experience developing Generative AI and LLM-based solutions – mandatory • Experience developing AI Agents and RAG-based systems – mandatory • Experience deploying, integrating, and implementing AI solutions in production environments – significant advantage • Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and model lifecycle management – advantage • System-level thinking, self-learning ability, problem-solving skills, and strong teamwork Why Join Us?
