Technical Project Manager We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end development and deployment of multidisciplinary systems combining hardware, software, mechanics, and system integration. Core Responsibilities Work as an integral part of the R&D team, collaborating closely with software, hardware, electrical, and mechanical engineers. Lead projects from product requirements and planning through development, testing, deployment, and delivery. Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resources, and risks. Coordinate between Product, R&D, external suppliers, and customers. Translate product and customer needs into clear technical requirements and drive their implementation. Manage hardware suppliers and subcontractors, including technical specifications, prototypes, modifications, and delivery. Lead prototype builds, system integration, experiments, and validation in the lab and in the field. Lead installations and deployments at customer sites, including testing, troubleshooting, and user training. Job Requirements Must-Have 3–6 years of experience managing technical projects in a multidisciplinary environment. Technical experience with systems combining hardware, software, electrical, and mechanical components. Hands-on hardware skills: Ability and willingness to physically work with systems, including assembly, installation, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and prototype modifications. Good understanding of hardware-software integration, mechanics, and electrical systems. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. Experience working with hardware manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Experience with prototypes, technical testing, and system validation in the lab and in the field. Strong ability to work independently, take ownership, solve problems, and drive tasks to completion. B.Sc. in Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Native-level Hebrew and high-proficiency English. Willingness to travel in Israel and internationally to customers and suppliers as required. Advantages Experience with RFID technologies, ERP systems, or logistics solutions.
