Senior Technical Program Manager - Central District, Israel Join a rapidly scaling AI-focused hyperscaler as a Technical Program Manager, leading infrastructure-focused data centre projects across Israel from early planning through delivery and launch, including sites still under construction. This is a senior, less hands-on role than a Field Engineer, focused on technical programme leadership, stakeholder management and end-to-end project delivery. You'll work across physical infrastructure, contractors, vendors and site teams, owning plans, KPIs, risks and delivery while collaborating with teams across EMEA. Responsibilities Lead data centre infrastructure projects from initial planning through delivery, commissioning and launch Build project plans, define milestones and KPIs, and monitor progress against delivery targets Coordinate technical stakeholders, construction partners, vendors, contractors and data centre teams Manage risks, dependencies, blockers and escalations across the project lifecycle Oversee technical delivery across multiple sites, providing direction and keeping teams aligned on priorities and longer-term objectives Required Skills & Experience Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Program Manager or infrastructure-focused Project Manager Background in physical infrastructure, data centres, hardware, construction, telecoms or similarly technical environments Hands-on exposure to real-world infrastructure and hardware delivery; not solely cloud, SaaS, software or high-level programme management Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects, stakeholders, KPIs, risks and complex dependencies Fluent English, strong communication skills and willingness to travel between sites across Israel Show more Show less
