AI & Automation Specialist An international cyber investigations group offering forensic investigations, OSINT, and blockchain tracing for clients in the US and worldwide. A small, fast-moving team with no bureaucracy; you'll work directly with the owner. The Role We're looking for a builder. Someone who lives and breathes AI and turns it into working systems that power real business processes: investigations, client intake, reporting, sales, and operations. You won't be maintaining someone else's stack. You'll design, build, and own the company's AI and automation layer and see your work directly impact real cyber investigations and legal cases. What You'll Actually Do Design and deploy AI-powered workflows: LLM agents, smart document processing, automated research and reporting Build and maintain automations connecting our systems (CRM, email, analytics, case management) Prototype fast, ship fast, iterate working solutions in weeks, not quarters Integrate AI tools into the daily work of investigation, legal, and sales teams Must-Have Requirements Proven experience building automations in production (n8n / Make / Zapier or similar) Deep, hands-on command of advanced AI tools: LLMs, agents, AI-driven workflows, and a track record of applying them to real business processes Systems thinking, high independence, execution-driven mindset Fluent English Advantages Experience with Zoho (CRM, Flow, Analytics) Basic coding (Python, JS, SQL) and data pipelines Background in digital marketing analytics Affinity for the legal/cyber world Show more Show less
