Project Manager for Products

Join BIRD Aerosystems as a Project Manager in Bird’s Products Division, where you will lead Challenging Projects from concept to Delivery, ensuring they meet the company's strategic goals and customer expectations. Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional team to deliver projects on time and within budget. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Develop detailed project plans and track progress. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate effective communication between project team members and stakeholders. Requirements: BSc in Engineering from a recognized university; higher degree is an advantage. 5-7 years of experience in managing significant R&D projects, contracts, and negotiations in the defense/aerospace sector. Proven ability to manage complex systems and projects. Experience in budget management and project scheduling. Strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to convert customer needs into actionable product and system requirements.
