Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager with at least 3 years of product management experience, a proven track record of taking AI solutions to production, and hands-on data experience What You Will Do: Own a business goal end to end: learn the process in depth, analyze the data, find gaps and opportunities, define the solution and take it to production and measurable impact. Define and deploy ML and GenAI solutions in core processes (underwriting, claims, service and more), including success metrics and an evaluation method for each solution. Work closely with business users to understand the real need behind the request. Work with data daily: independent analysis, defining KPIs and partnering with Data Science. Bring together data, engineering, UX and the business in a large, complex organization. Requirements At least 3 years of end-to-end product management in a civilian (non-military) product role. Proven experience leading a GenAI or ML product, feature or process to production. Hands-on leadership, not just using tools. Experience working with data: analysis, defining metrics and data-driven decision making. High autonomy within weeks, and the ability to explain a complex product and its impact concisely.
