We're seeking a Project Manager You'll be the main point of contact for our key clients and the person who makes sure their platform launches and runs the way it should. You'll work across CRYMBO's product and tech teams and more than 60 integrated providers, so you need to be good with people, understand the technology, and keep many moving parts on track. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the center of the future of finance, owning the relationships and launches that bring leading institutions on-chain. What you'll do Own all communication with your clients: be their trusted point of contact from kickoff through go-live and beyond Lead client projects end to end, including scoping, timelines, milestones, onboarding and launch Make sure everything works as it should by tracking deliverables, spotting risks early and resolving issues before they escalate Manage relationships with vendors and providers (custody, liquidity, compliance, banking rails, node infrastructure), coordinating integrations, setup and troubleshooting Turn client needs into clear requirements for our product and tech teams, and follow them through to delivery Coordinate between clients, vendors and internal teams so nothing falls through the cracks Run regular status updates, reviews and escalations with client stakeholders Help build and improve CRYMBO's client delivery processes as we scale What we're looking for 3+ years of project management, implementation, client success or technical account management, ideally in fintech, crypto or B2B SaaS A strong grasp of the crypto and digital asset space: wallets, custody, stablecoins, on/off-ramps, blockchain networks and the vendors behind them Technical fluency: you're comfortable reading API docs, understanding system flows and talking with developers Experience working with third-party vendors and managing integrations Excellent people and communication skills; you build trust quickly with clients and stay calm under pressure Strong organizational skills and the ability to run several projects at once A versatile, hands-on approach: you're happy to switch between client calls, vendor escalations and technical troubleshooting in the same day Fluent English Nice to have: experience at a crypto infrastructure company, PSP, EMI or bank, or a background in compliance or KYC/AML processes Location: Tel Aviv Apply through LinkedIn with your CV.
