Job Summary What matters to us: At least 3 years of product management experience, leading an AI solution all the way to production, and hands-on, day-to-day work with data. 2. About Us The Data & AI Product Department at Migdal is building the next generation of AI and GenAI products in the insurance and financial sectors. We solve core business problems across the organization using ML models (predictive analytics, fraud detection, Next Best Offer), GenAI solutions (document processing, customer inquiry automation, bots for agents and customers), and the transformation of underwriting processes. Most of our work is built directly on organizational data and core legacy systems rather than off-the-shelf tools. 3. What You Will Do Lead business objectives end-to-end: Dive deep into processes, analyze data, identify bottlenecks and opportunities, define the solution, and steer it through production to achieve measurable impact. Define and implement ML & GenAI solutions across core operations (underwriting, claims, customer service, etc.), including establishing success metrics and evaluation methodologies. Work closely with business stakeholders to uncover the real operational need behind every feature request. Work continuously with data: Perform independent querying and analysis, define KPIs, and collaborate closely with Data Science teams. Bridge data, engineering, UX, and business teams within a large, complex matrix organization. 4. Minimum Requirements At least 3 years of end-to-end product management experience in a product role within a civilian company. Proven track record of leading a GenAI or ML-based product, feature, or workflow into production (hands-on ownership, not just using existing tools). Experience working directly with data: analyzing metrics, defining KPIs, and driving data-informed decisions. High level of independence from day one, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex products and their business impact. 5. Advantages Basic familiarity with SQL and Python: ability to read and run scripts or notebooks, alongside querying and analyzing data independently. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field (Industrial Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics). Background in finance, insurance, pensions, or FinTech. Experience navigating large, matrixed organizations. Hands-on experience building with modern AI tools (automations, prototyping, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.). 6.
