Senior Quality and Reliability Engineer | Semiconductor

Ready to own chip quality and reliability from design to production ? We’re hiring a Senior Quality & Reliability Engineer to join a world-class semiconductor team developing cutting-edge chips for large-scale infrastructure systems. You’ll work end-to-end across Pre-Silicon and Post-Silicon , partnering with Design teams on DFQR/DFRT, defining and executing Product Qualification & Reliability Validation plans, analyzing reliability data and supporting products through high-volume production. What we’re looking for: 7+ years of experience in Semiconductor / IC Quality & Reliability Strong experience in Product Qualification & Reliability Testing Deep understanding of semiconductor design, manufacturing and testing Experience in Pre-Silicon and/or Post-Silicon – ideally both Background in Product Engineering / Test Engineering – an advantage B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related field 📍 Haifa | Growing team | High-impact, end-to-end role Show more Show less
