Description We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join Helfy and own cross-team marketing delivery, working directly with the SVP Marketing. In this role, you’ll coordinate projects across our Performance, Content & Social, Studio, and CRM & Retention teams, ensuring campaigns move smoothly from planning to launch. You’ll also serve as the main point of contact between Marketing and R&D, managing priorities, dependencies, timelines, and launch readiness. Responsibilities Own and maintain the overall marketing calendar and cross-team campaign plans. Coordinate shared design, content, and development resources across marketing teams. Manage the Marketing queue into R&D, including briefs, priorities, timelines, and dependencies. Ensure tracking, creative, CRM, and technical requirements are aligned before launch. Identify risks and dependencies early, resolve blockers, and keep projects moving forward. Work closely with marketing leads and senior stakeholders to align priorities and commitments. Manage and support the Marketing Promotion Manager. Requirements 4+ years of experience in marketing, digital, or project management roles. Proven experience managing projects across multiple teams with shared resources. Experience working closely with R&D, engineering, or product teams. Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, and critical path. Solid understanding of digital marketing, including landing pages, tracking, creative production, and CRM. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority. Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized, with a strong ownership mindset.
