In this role, you will support our daily accounting operations, assist with financial reconciliations, and work closely with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Manage employee expense reimbursements using Expensify Record journal entries in the accounting books Perform bank reconciliations Issue customer invoices based on data. VAT reporting and compliance Support procurement operations and vendor management Basic bookkeeping knowledge — including VAT reporting, invoice registration, and bank reconciliations (mandatory) Hands-on experience with Excel (advanced level) Experience with SAP, NetSuite, Jira — an advantage Experience with Expensify — an advantage High level of English (written and verbal) Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow Job Candidate Privacy Policy - https://www.rapyd.net/candidate-privacy-policy
