SAP HR Consultant

abra SAP department is seeking a SAP HR Consultant. We are looking for a skilled SAP HR Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP Human Resources solutions while participating in SAP projects. This role requires hands-on experience in SAP HR and a strong understanding of HR business processes. A 60% part-time position, based in Central Israel. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Configure and customize SAP HR modules based on business needs. Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout implementation and support projects. 3-5 years of experience as an SAP HR Consultant with hands-on implementation and configuration experience. Strong understanding of HR processes, including personnel administration and organizational management. Experience with requirements gathering, SAP customizing, and user support. Experience with SAP HCM / SuccessFactors – an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented approach, and ability to work effectively in a team.
