Defining workplans and assigning owners with tasks and detailed steps. Prioritizing workplan steps according to product and business needs – through guidelines from division management. Analysing dependencies, bottlenecks and resource conflicts – while reducing their impact by careful planning and execution paths. Highlighting needs and support from management, stakeholders in a timely manner. Direct work with internal departments – HW, SW, Validation, ATE - as well as finance, procurement, QA, NPI and Engineering departments to facilitate the deliveries and take delivered items from R&D to production. Identifying schedule risks and potential technical gaps through detailed discussions with the owners. Reporting status and monitoring of execution to forums starting from execution to company leadership teams. Leading taskforce execution with focused dedicated efforts to drive root-cause-analysis, correction and recovery processes Use tools – JIRA and develop AI based report and analysis Experience: 4+ years in an industry technical execution role – HW , SW in mobile or embedded SW/HW integrated systems. 3+ years as a TPM in similar industry segment with cross-functional multidisciplinary teams. Direct work with senior management Technical Skills: Good know how of HW development cycle steps and supply-chain issues. Familiar with lab equipment and validation steps. Good understanding of HW-SW integration steps for bring-up and testing. Deep understanding of delivery from R&D to production at scale of HW components and their validation with ATE. Knowhow – JIRA, AI tools for management Leadership Skills: Strong sense of ownership and execution. Highly focused Education: B.Sc in Computer Science or Engineering, Software Engineering,
