Salesforce Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Implementer to join our team in a key and diverse role, combining hands-on Salesforce expertise with broad professional responsibility, cross-functional project leadership, and close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, business processes, and organizational needs — identifying opportunities for improvement and driving them from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Analyze, design, and translate business processes into effective technology solutions Lead cross-functional projects and processes with business and technology stakeholders Work closely with internal customers and senior business stakeholders Own the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end business processes Collaborate with integrated systems and organizational interfaces Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and lead Salesforce optimization initiatives Provide professional Salesforce solutions while maintaining a broad, system-level perspective Qualifications 5+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Required Skills Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and working with internal customers and senior business stakeholders Strong experience in business process analysis and requirements definition Hands-on experience with: Salesforce Field Service Sales Cloud Service Cloud Flow Builder Reports & Dashboards Permission Sets Sharing & Security Model Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to bridge business needs and technology solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A hands-on, proactive approach with strong ownership and a drive for continuous improvement Show more Show less
