Technical Project Manager

Comblack is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join the Core Systems division of a leading financial institution. In this role, you will lead end-to-end IT projects within a complex, enterprise-grade environment, collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders, define work plans, and drive cross-organizational processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end complex IT projects across core systems. Lead matrix management across development teams, infrastructure, cybersecurity, QA, and system analysts. Coordinate work plans, steering committees, risk management, budgets, and project timelines. Bridge technical requirements with strategic business goals and executive priorities. What Are We Looking For? 3+ years of experience managing IT / information systems projects in enterprise organizations – Must. Proven experience working directly with both business and technical stakeholders – Must. Hands-on matrix management experience across R&D, infrastructure, InfoSec, QA, and analysts – Must. Strong background in managing project risks, steering committees, budgets, and schedules – Must. Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel – Must. Familiarity with the banking or financial sector – Significant advantage. Technical or software development background – Significant advantage. Why Comblack?
