Data & BI Team Lead

COMBLACK are looking for an experienced Data & BI Team Lead! This role involves leading the organization's Data & BI operations, managing a team of Data Engineers and BI Developers, and delivering end-to-end data projects across finance, procurement, and logistics. The position includes designing and implementing enterprise Data Warehouse and Lakehouse solutions using Databricks, Apache Spark, and Azure. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Data Engineers and BI Developers. Design and implement enterprise Data Warehouse and Lakehouse architectures. Manage end-to-end Data & BI projects across finance, procurement, and supply chain operations. Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Apache Spark, and Azure. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions. Drive data architecture, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in IT, Data & BI development, and employee management, including a minimum of 2 years leading a Data/BI development team. Hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, Lakehouse architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and Data Warehouse solutions. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python. Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, SAP HANA, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Strong business understanding of finance, budgeting, procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes. Experience with SAP financial/logistics modules, Data Governance, Data DevOps/CI/CD, or large public-sector and healthcare organizations – a significant advantage. Why Comblack?
