A leading defense company is looking for a Test Software Developer to build the advanced test systems behind mission-critical technology. Here your code won’t just run on a screen. It will test, validate, and protect systems that really matter. What You’ll Be Doing 🔧 Building automated test systems (ATE / BITE) from the ground up in Python, C#, and C++ 🔌 Working hands-on with hardware, controllers, boards, and communication interfaces 📡 Developing and implementing protocols such as RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, UDP, and TCP/IP 🧩 Integrating hardware and software into complete working systems 🔍 Investigating problems, improving performance, and making existing systems better 🤝 Working closely with systems, hardware, production, and maintenance teams What You Bring ✅ B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field ✅ At least 5–7 years of software development experience ✅ Strong skills in Python, C#, or C++ ✅ Experience with hardware and communication protocols ✅ Experience with Git, TFS, or ClearCase ✅ High level of English Strong Advantage ⭐ Real-Time / Embedded systems experience ⭐ Hands-on work with test and measurement equipment ⭐ Familiarity with SCPI, VISA, and GPIB ⭐ Experience with ATEasy, TestStand, or OTM Why You’ll Love It You’ll work on cutting-edge technology with a talented team, and you’ll see your work become part of systems with real impact.
