An exciting opportunity to join a leading defense organization and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of advanced avionics systems throughout the product development lifecycle. Responsibilities: • Support and guide development processes for advanced avionics products and systems • Work closely with Hardware, Electronics, and System Engineering teams throughout all development phases • Lead quality-related activities across the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery • Drive quality and reliability processes within multidisciplinary development environments • Participate in design reviews and engineering discussions to ensure compliance with quality standards • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and influence technical processes across the organization Requirements: • B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering • Experience supporting the development of technological products or systems • Experience as a Design Quality Engineer / Development Quality Engineer, or alternatively experience in Hardware Engineering, System Engineering, or Technical Project Management • Strong understanding of engineering and product development processes • Ability to lead processes and work effectively with multiple interfaces and stakeholders • Proactive mindset, curiosity, innovation, and strong willingness to learn Advantages: • Experience in Reliability Engineering, RAMF, or related quality disciplines • Experience working in multidisciplinary systems or defense environments • Background in avionics or complex electronic systems • Familiarity with quality methodologies throughout the product development lifecycle • Experience influencing and improving engineering processes in R&D organizations
